- Cabbage

- Mekelesha

Preparation
- Sauté onions in a pan with oil and a bit of salt over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook for a couple of minutes, then incorporate turmeric, nech qimmem, and mekelesha. Cook for a few more minutes.
- Add julienned carrots, cook briefly, then introduce the potatoes. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
